2011Oprah’s Choice
Now that we are women to one degree or another, I suppose that we must join the line of Oprah sycophants.
To help out in this womanly pursuit, herewith are Oprah’s makeup O-wards, “Flawless Skin” category:
Concealer:
Neutrogena SkinClearing Blemish Concealer ($10; drugstores) CoverGirl & Olay Simply Ageless Concealer ($11; drugstores), both of which have salicylic acid, which fights pimples and is a chemical exfoliant. The Covergirl product contains Olay’s Regenerist serum which softens lines and masks dark circles.
Bronzer: Elizabeth Arden Pure Finish Mineral Bronzing Powder ($35;Macys.com) They were particularly enamored with the color: golden, not muddy, without a speck of glitter.
Highlighter:
Nars Orgasm Illuminator ($29; NarsCosmetics.com) Use alone as a highlighter on cheekbones or your eyelids, or mixed into your foundation, it’s flecked with gold, peach, and pink and gives your face a lit-from-within glow.
Foundation: 1. Maybelline New York Instant Age Rewind the Eraser ($13; drugstores) 2. Black Radiance Complexion Perfection Liquid Foundation
($8; drugstores) A perfect foundation makes your skin look flawless and feels like nothing. These two do both.
Blush: MAC Blush Ombre in Vintage Grape ($25; MacCosmetics.com) Yes, purple blush looks scary, but it goes on as a flattering sheer raspberry and works!

Great tips. I love MAC products. Then again they do tend to cater to the CD/TG crowd and the salespeople are so friendly.
